\n <\/figcaption><\/figure>\n<\/div>\nOn April 24, KBS 2TV aired ‘Shinsangchulsi Pyeonstaurant,’ where Kim recreated the side dishes he missed most from his grandmother.<\/p>\n
He started with his grandmother\u2019s braised mackerel and then happily demolished it with a bowl of rice, calling it delicious. After tasting his own cooking, he laughed, \\”I can\u2019t believe I made this,\\” clearly impressed.<\/p>\n
Next, Kim took on his grandmother\u2019s grilled cutlassfish. He scored the fish the way she did, mixed tempura flour with curry powder, and grilled it until it turned a beautiful golden brown. Remembering tips from his aunt, he finished the dish using what he called his grandmother\u2019s secret method. Looking at the gleaming fillets, he couldn\u2019t help but praise himself: \\”Did I really make this?\\”<\/p>\n
