April 30. <\/p>\n<p> The route is intended to improve travel options for residents who use Incheon during overnight hours. <\/p>\n<p> The service will start at Geumchon Station in Paju, stop at five locations in Paju and seven in Goyang, and continue to Incheon International Airport. <\/p>\n<p> The bus will depart for the airport for its first trip at 10 p.m. on April 30 and will make two round trips each night. <\/p>\n<p> Officials said the route responds to a rise in late-night flyers after Incheon International Airport expanded round-the-clock operations. <\/p>\n<p> Ridership on the province&#8217;s existing late-night airport buses, which originate from eight cities, rose to about 113,000 in 2025, an increase of roughly 13 percent from about 100,000 in 2024. <\/p>\n<p> Northern Gyeonggi areas such as Paju and Goyang have been underserved by late-night buses, forcing travelers with early-morning flights to rely on expensive taxis or arrive at the airport the night before and sleep there. <\/p>\n<p> After negotiations with the airport corporation, Gyeonggi Province secured the new route to serve the region where public transit is limited. <\/p>\n<p> If the route runs a deficit, the province and the airport corporation will share financial support equally, 50\u201350, ensuring stable and sustainable service. <\/p>\n<p> The addition brings Gyeonggi&#8217;s late-night
