Lee Man-gi tasted a pineapple tart and called it delicious, then turned his attention to the restaurant’s menu. The signature dishes are green-chili fried rice (nasi goreng ijo) and grilled chicken (ayam bakar), with flavors adjusted to suit Korean tastes.<\/p>\n
The owner, who is from East Java \u2014 a region in Indonesia renowned for its cuisine \u2014 spoke proudly about bringing those flavors to Korea.<\/p>\n
