Translation result\"\uc6b4\ud56d\" [Herald Economy = Reporter Park Byung-guk] Seoul city officials said on April 17 that the Han River Bus, which resumed full-route service, reached 100,000 riders in just 47 days.<\/p>\n

From its official launch on Sept. 18 of last year through February\u2014before full-route service resumed\u2014104,935 people rode the Han River Bus. Since full routes restarted on March 1, another 100,981 passengers used the service through April 16. That milestone brings cumulative ridership since the launch to 200,000.<\/p>\n

A passenger survey conducted after the full-route resumption found about 96% of riders were satisfied with the Han River Bus. Roughly 94% said they would recommend it to acquaintances, and 89% said they would use it again. The survey polled 3,115 Han River Bus users from April 6 to 13.<\/p>\n

Park Jin-young, head of Seoul\u2019s Future Han River Headquarters, said, \u201cRidership climbed quickly after we restored full-route service, confirming the service\u2019s potential to establish itself as a water-based public transit option.
