Police say he has repeatedly assaulted Kim and three other YouTubers, with incidents continuing into this year.<\/p>\n<p> Investigators say recordings of Um\u2019s YouTube broadcasts capture him directing insults and verbal abuse at the victims. He has reportedly admitted to those allegations. Authorities also say Um was previously arrested and indicted on extortion charges for threatening acquaintances of the perpetrator in the so-called \\&#8221;Apgujeong Rolls\u2011Royce\\&#8221; case and extracting several hundred million KRW (roughly $150,000); he was later released on bail.<\/p>\n<p> Um had about 500,000 subscribers and drew attention for producing content that portrayed
