They also moved him back to his room after a bath without properly dressing him.<\/p>\n<p>There are also reports that staff pushed A.<\/p>\n<p>After the victim\u2019s family filed a formal complaint, police opened an investigation. In December, they booked nursing aide B (in his 40s) on suspicion of violating the Elderly Welfare Act and referred the case to prosecutors.<\/p>\n<p>A subsequent investigation by the elder protection agency uncovered additional indications of abuse by other staff. When the family filed further complaints, police expanded their probe.<\/p>\n<p>Police said they have completed questioning 12 of the 14 people booked and plan to question the remaining
