[Sports Today reporter Lim Si-ryeong] Netflix faced backlash after filming a drama along Busan\u2019s Gaegum Cherry Blossom Culture Path, with reports saying the shoot inconvenienced local residents. <\/p>\n

On the 3rd, Yonhap News reported that crews filmed a Netflix series along the Gaegum Cherry Blossom Culture Path in Busanjin-gu for two nights, shooting from evening into the early morning starting on the 1st. <\/p>\n

The Gaegum Cherry Blossom Culture Path is known as a popular local attraction. The production closed roughly 20 m (about 66 ft) of the main deck path to film. <\/p>\n

Visitors who came to see the cherry blossoms at peak bloom were unable to access parts of the path and some of the well-known photo spots because of the shoot. <\/p>\n

According to the report, the production company and the Busan Film Commission, which supported the location, did not obtain a separate permit; instead, they reportedly sought cooperation from the Busanjin District Office and the police. <\/p>\n

On social media, users questioned whether municipal approval was sufficient and asked, \u201cWhat makes filming so special?\u201d Many criticized the production, calling it a \u201cnuisance shoot.\u201d <\/p>\n
