[Sports Today reporter Im Si-ryeong] Hwang Seok-hee, who became known as the translator for the films Deadpool and Spider-Man, has addressed allegations of sexual offenses. <\/p>\n

On the 30th, Hwang said on his social media that he is currently reviewing the matter with his lawyer. <\/p>\n

He added that if any reports contain false information, unverified claims, or statements that exceed the bounds of legal judgment, he will seek corrections and consider appropriate legal responses. <\/p>\n

Earlier that morning, Dispatch reported that Hwang had been convicted of sex-related crimes\u2014specifically, forcible sexual assault in 2005 and quasi-rape and illegal filming in 2014. <\/p>\n

Meanwhile, Hwang married a dubbing translator in 2012 and the couple have children. <\/p>\n
