The video features answers from Jin Bo-an, Zeekr Korea\u2019s marketing manager, to eight questions covering the Korea launch schedule, the first model to be offered, vehicle specs and options, and plans for showrooms and service centers.<\/p>\n
Jin said, \u201cWe are undergoing certification and are in the final stage of preparing a vehicle that exceeds certification standards and satisfies consumer requirements.\u201d<\/p>\n
Leading Zeekr\u2019s Korean rollout will be the 7X, a mid-size SUV engineered for lifestyle-oriented use in Korea\u2019s mobility environment.<\/p>\n
Jin emphasized Korea\u2019s strategic importance, noting that \u201coutside China, Korea will be the first market to receive the facelifted 7X.\u201d<\/p>\n
Zeekr will offer two battery options: a 75 kWh LFP \u201cGolden\u201d battery developed in-house and a 100 kWh NCM pack supplied by CATL, the world\u2019s largest battery manufacturer.<\/p>\n
The company also revealed key interior and exterior features for the 7X. The front end will include a ‘Stargate’ light assembly made up of more than 1,000 LEDs, and an automatic open\/close system will be fitted to all doors.<\/p>\n
A refrigerator capable of precise temperature control from -15\u00b0C to 50\u00b0C (5\u00b0F to 122\u00b0F) serves multiple uses\u2014from storing food and drinks at campsites to keeping infant bottles warm.<\/p>\n
The ‘Zeekr Sound Pro’ audio system produces 2,160W through 21 speakers, including the driver and front-passenger headrests, and supports 7.1.4 Dolby Atmos.<\/p>\n
Zeekr clarified its autonomous-driving approach: rather than LiDAR, the 7X will offer Level 2 driver-assistance features as standard, using radar- and camera-based systems for adaptive cruise control, lane centering, and automatic lane changes.<\/p>\n
Jin explained the decision to exclude LiDAR by saying that Korea\u2019s autonomous-driving regulations and testing environment are not yet sufficiently mature.<\/p>\n
\u201cWe judged it more valuable to provide technically effective, practical options for Korean consumers than to install LiDAR immediately,\u201d he added.<\/p>\n
On sales channels, Zeekr said it will sell the 7X through dealers to prioritize consumers\u2019 first impressions and aftercare services.<\/p>\n
\n Zeekr showrooms operated by H Mobility ZK, IronEV, KCC Mobility, and ZK Mobility are being prepared in Seoul, Gyeonggi, Incheon and other major regional cities.
