Requests should be submitted to the Civil Service Division responsible for individual land valuations; assigned appraisers will provide guidance by phone or through on-site visits.<\/span><\/p>\n<div id=\"AnyMindavs\"><\/div>\n<p><span>A city official said, \u201cBecause individual land values are used as the basis for national and local taxes and other charges, we will redouble our efforts to ensure fair and accurate valuations are determined and publicly announced through the appraiser consultation program.\u201d<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span>The city says the program, part of a broader effort
