Officials say LH&#8217;s involvement will strengthen the project&#8217;s public interest and transparency.<\/span>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<div id=\"AnyMindavs\"><\/div>\n<p><span>The city plans to use the designation as a springboard to advance follow-up steps, including approval by the residents&#8217; representative council and the selection of a contractor.<\/span>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span>Mayor Ha Eun-ho said, \u201cSanbon 9-2 is a leading example, reaching the project-implementer designation stage faster than the other pilot districts. Based on this outcome, we will actively support Gunpo&#8217;s efforts to become a leader in first-phase new town redevelopment.\u201d<\/span>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p><span>City officials view the project as an opportunity to solidify Gunpo&#8217;s leadership in first-phase new town redevelopment and expect it will meet residents&#8217; expectations through successful implementation.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Gunpo
