This results in udon noodles with a characteristic soft yet chewy texture. <\/p>\n<p> The broth includes a soup stock made by directly simmering katsuobushi, kezuribushi, and premium kombu from Wando. Additionally, through a rapid freezing method that freezes fresh ingredients as they are, the noodles maintain their elasticity even after cooking. The taste and quality are preserved even with long-term storage. <\/p>\n<p> It&#8217;s a frozen noodle meal kit with an all-in-one pack configuration containing noodles, sauce, and toppings. It can be prepared in about 3 minutes using boiling water or a microwave without any separate thawing process.
