This year, Lotte is doubling down on its Lunar New Year dessert offerings, collaborating with top pastry chefs to bring exclusive, high-end treats to discerning shoppers.<\/p>\n

Luxury chocolate gift sets are stealing the spotlight this Valentine’s Day. La Maison du Chocolat, the 40-year-old French chocolate maestro, is exclusively unveiling its ‘2026 New Year Collection Red Horse’ at Lotte, featuring artisanal chocolates in packaging inspired by the zodiac’s fiery equine.<\/p>\n

Local pastry virtuosos are also bringing their A-game. Jeong Eun-jeong of ‘Touch by Honeybee Seoul’ is dazzling taste buds with her ‘Heart Bonbon Chocolate Box,’ offering an eight-layer flavor explosion in each bite.
