By Jung Ji-won, JoyNews24 — Lee Soo of M.C the MAX has released a new installment in his cover series NOIR.
On May 13, Lee Soo uploaded a live performance of M.C the MAX’s “Have You Ever Loved?” to his official YouTube channel. He reinterpreted the song’s original poignancy with a deeper vocal delivery and used his characteristic emotive style to convey longing — a performance that won praise from listeners.

Ahead of the video’s release, Lee Soo held a YouTube live stream to connect with fans. He announced a new single due May 15 and teased a solo concert this summer, promising an active slate of projects. The cover video is being seen as the opening salvo of his official comeback.
Lee Soo debuted in 2000 with the band Moonchild. As M.C the MAX’s lead vocalist, he has fronted hits such as “Song of Love,” “Don’t Be Happy,” and “Nowhere.” With commanding vocals, an extensive range and a deeply expressive tone, he has remained a prominent male vocalist for more than two decades.
Lee Soo will release the new record at 6 p.m. on May 15 and will continue engaging with audiences.
