(The CEN News / Reporter Baek Hyun-woo) Radisson Blu Resort Cam Ranh is hosting the World Flavor Festival through May, a globe-trotting celebration that pairs international cuisine with cultural experiences.
Set against Cam Ranh’s striking natural backdrop, the festival is a themed culinary event that blends food, culture and hands-on activities. During the festival, the resort will run themed culinary weeks featuring chef collaboration menus, street-food stations, traditional games and interactive outdoor programs.
The centerpiece, International Gourmet Week, runs April 28–May 2. Guests can sample creative reinterpretations of dishes from France, Morocco, Japan, Thailand and more, alongside street-food stations that make it easy to taste multiple food cultures in one place.
From May 12–16, Korean Cuisine Week will take center stage, showcasing menus developed with Korean chefs. The lineup highlights traditional dishes, street-food favorites and desserts, and includes participatory workshops like traditional mask-making.

Each themed week features live cooking demos, street-food parties and cultural workshops. By programming events across the resort’s grounds, visitors can savor food and culture while soaking in the natural scenery.
The resort says the festival aims to strengthen its culinary offerings for international guests and to expand its profile as a global lifestyle and foodie destination.
